3) Description of the Service
AwareYou provides an AI-powered assistant that operates inside supported messaging platforms and, upon your explicit request, may perform actions using a secure cloud browser session. The service may help you search, summarize, compare information, automate workflows, and interact with websites only based on your instructions.
4) User-Initiated Service Only
- The service responds only to user-initiated messages and commands.
- AwareYou does not initiate conversations without a user request or valid opt-in where required.
- You may stop using the service at any time using platform features.
5) User Instructions and Responsibility
Core rule: AwareYou acts as an execution tool. You are responsible for what you ask it to do.
- You decide which tasks to perform and which data to provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your instructions are lawful.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party websites you interact with.
6) Sensitive Information
AwareYou does not request or encourage you to provide sensitive personal data (such as passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information).
If you choose to provide such information on your own initiative in order to perform a specific task:
- the information is processed only to execute your explicit request
- it is not used for advertising or profiling
- it is not shared with other users
7) Cloud Browser and Automation Sessions
Automation is performed in isolated cloud browser sessions. By default, sessions are temporary.
Only if you explicitly request it, certain session data (such as cookies, tokens, or credentials) may be stored or reused to enable continuation or repetition of the workflow you requested.
You may request deletion of stored session data at any time.
8) AI Limitations and No Professional Advice
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- The service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
- You must independently verify important information before acting on it.
9) Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to:
- violate laws or regulations
- impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- engage in fraud, deception, or abuse
- attempt to compromise security or bypass safeguards
- use the service in ways that violate messaging platform policies (including WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies)
10) Third-Party Websites
When you instruct AwareYou to interact with external websites, those interactions are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. AwareYou does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
11) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- you violate these Terms
- your use creates legal, security, or compliance risks
- required by law or platform policies
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwareYou shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from third-party websites or user instructions.
